Jenny Woodington is a Portfolio Executive Assistant at bd-capital.

Prior to joining bd-capital, Jenny spent over 20 years at Bain & Company, where she worked served as the Executive Assistant to Graham Elton, now a bd-capital Operators Club and Investment Committee Member, supporting him across a number of senior leadership roles including as Head and subsequently Chairman of the EMEA Private Equity practice.

Jenny holds a BSc in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Leeds.
