Aleix joins Greenset with over 25 years of experience in general management, business transformation and M&A across industrial, consumer and services sectors. Most recently, he served as CEO of Grupo Excens, a Spanish industrial holding comprising nine companies across sports, robotics, automotive, and recycling.
Prior to Excens, Aleix held senior leadership roles at Banco Sabadell, leading the bank’s internal strategy consulting unit and overseeing commercial transformation across Business Banking and Private Banking, and at Europraxis (Indra), where he managed strategic integration projects for leading financial institutions. He holds a degree and MBA from ESADE and a CEMS Master in International Management from Università Bocconi, Milan.
